Freshers
First of all let me start by saying congratulations to all of you who have managed to get a place at Cambridge. This year the ISOC (Islamic Society) are running a scheme, where we will be pairing up freshers with current members of the university. This will allow the freshers to have someone as a source of help and answers to questions. We will aim to pair you up with somebody of the same gender, and college and/or subject. As such freshers will have access to current university students who are members of the ISOC, who can help them from a whole manner of things like unpacking and moving in to finding things to do in freshers' week that will be more suited to the needs of Muslim students.
